The iHunt is a puzzle hunt, run by a group of volunteers for the Insomnia Gaming Festival. This privacy policy will explain how we use the personal data we collect from you when you use our website. This policy applies to the theihunt.uk domain and subdomains.

- Anonymous site analytic data. This data is collected and stored on the basis of legitimate interest. It is shared with Functional Software Inc. (sentry.io) for the purpose of improving the user experience.

We collect your data so that we can:
- Provide registration functionality for puzzle hunts

How do we store your data?
We securely store your data on the platform following industry standards, including hashed and salted passwords.
We will retain your account data for a maximum period of two years inactivity. Once this period has elapsed, your personal data will be deleted from the platform.
